Logan and I got to spend a day together in New York City. We rented bikes and rode them around Central Park. It was such a blast.
This is the Castle in the middle of Central Park. I have never seen so much green grass and trees. I'm use to the dessert, so I thought the park was gorgeous. There is even a big lake in the middle of it and an awesome running trail all the way around.
We went downtown to see the World Trade Center Memorial and the Statue of Liberty. We didn't go out to the island to see the statue up close, otherwise my picture would have been a lot better but at least we could see it from the dock and now we know it really exists.
We also went and found the Manhattan temple. It's so crazy because it just blends in with the other buildings because they're all connected.
We had such a great day. New York is an exciting, crowded, super busy place but so much fun!

Don't you just love that city? I am so green with envy! Did you totally feel like you were in Home Alone 2? Haha, I always do when I go there. You will have to do a session at the temple, it's amazing how quiet it is in there when it's in the middle of such a noisy city. I did baptisms there once. How close to you from the city?

I'm glad you two got to enjoy the city before you left. New York is the best! Sometime in the future we should totally do a girls trip there and you could be our guide. That would be amazing.
